Terms of Service

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Snagify ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including professionals, landlords, and tenants.

The service

Snagify provides a digital property inspection platform that enables users to document property conditions, collect digital signatures, and generate PDF inspection reports for use in the UAE rental market.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

Credits & billing

Professional subscriptions

Professional plans are billed monthly or annually. Unused credits do not roll over to the following month. Annual plans are non-refundable after the first 14 days.

Credit packs (individuals)

Credits purchased as one-time packs are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. Credits are non-refundable once any credit in the pack has been used.

Check-in inspections

Check-in inspections are free for individual accounts. No credits are consumed for check-in inspections.

Failed payments

If a subscription payment fails, access to paid features will be suspended until payment is resolved. Your data will be retained for 90 days after suspension.

Your content

You retain ownership of all inspection data, photos, and reports you create through Snagify. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to deliver the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that inspection data you enter is accurate and that you have the right to photograph and document the properties you inspect.

Prohibited uses

You may not use Snagify to:

• Create false, misleading, or fabricated inspection reports
• Backdate or alter the timestamp of any inspection
• Impersonate another person in the signature process
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy the platform
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose under UAE law
• Attempt to circumvent any security or access controls

Violations may result in immediate account termination and, where required by law, reporting to relevant authorities.

Limitation of liability

Snagify is provided "as is." We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reports generated will be accepted in any specific legal proceeding.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost deposits, missed legal deadlines, or decisions made in reliance on reports generated by the Service.

Termination

You may close your account at any time from your account settings. Upon closing, your data will be deleted within 30 days. Subscription fees for the current billing period are non-refundable.

We may terminate or suspend your account without notice if you materially breach these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
