Is check-in really free?
Yes. Check-in inspections for individual landlords and tenants are free. No credits needed, no card required.
Can I get a refund?
Credit packs are refundable before any credit is used. Annual subscriptions are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Email us.
Do you offer agency or volume pricing?
Yes. For teams doing more than 50 inspections per month, contact us for a custom plan.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings in the app, or email us and we'll handle it within 48 hours.
