Snagify is operated by Snagify (the "Company", "we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you use Snagify, how we use it, and the choices you have regarding your information.
By using Snagify, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What we collect
Account information
- Name and email address when you create an account
- Professional details you choose to add (company name, RERA number, job title)
- Profile photo and digital signature image (optional)
Inspection data
- Property details you enter (address, unit number, type)
- Photos taken during inspections, stored in your account
- Room condition assessments and tags
- Signatures collected from you and other parties
- Timestamps and GPS metadata attached to photos
Usage data
- Device type, operating system, and browser version
- Pages visited and actions taken in the app
- Error logs for debugging purposes
Payment data
Payments are processed by a third-party provider. We do not store credit card numbers or full payment details on our servers.
How we use it
- To generate, store, and deliver your inspection reports
- To power AI photo analysis via the Anthropic Claude API
- To send you inspection-related notifications and reminders
- To process payments and manage your subscription or credits
- To improve the product and fix bugs
- To comply with applicable UAE law and respond to legal requests
We do not use your data for advertising or share it with marketing platforms.
Storage & security
Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure, hosted in secure data centers. Inspection reports are retained for as long as your account is active. Photos and PDFs are stored in isolated per-user buckets.
We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Inspection PDFs are signed with a SHA-256 hash that makes any post-submission alteration detectable.
If you delete an inspection, associated photos and PDF files are permanently removed from storage. If you close your account, all personal data is deleted within 30 days.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information in your profile
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Export your inspection reports at any time
- Withdraw consent for optional data uses

Cookies
Snagify uses a minimal number of cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics that profile your behavior.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this will prevent you from staying logged in.
